This morning I interviewed for an Area Manager position with Bush Brothers. The company's corporate headquarters is located across the street from Jenn and I, but the position would be located in Dandridge, TN. It about 45 minutes from where we currently live (west Knoxville). When I found out I got the first interview, Jenn and I decided to take a drive to see the plant and it was absolutely enormous!Well, about 20 minutes into the interview, the HR manager (Keith Arnold) said, "I'm good. You good?" He offered me the 2nd interview which will take place in Dandridge and will last all day. I am extremely excited about this opportunity to see the plant. If that goes well, then I will move to the next phase which is an interview with the corporate psychologist followed by several tests. If that goes well, I will meet with all the SVPs and end with an interview with the CEO. I am still holding out on getting an interview with "Duke". I think we would get along if I bring my inhaler! (If you don't get that...Google their commercials)
To end the Memorial Day Weekend, I had my final interview with TruGreen for a Customer Retention Analyst position. I met with 2 people at the company and the interview seemed to go well. They were extremely generous in flying me back to Knoxville since Jenn had to be back to work a day earlier. They are making their decisions this week and I hope to hear back around next Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the greatest job finder, interviewer, and receiver in the world, Jenn, is starting a new job in Outpatient Surgery. She found the job, interviewed for it, and got the job all in one week! She extremely excited about working in a fast-paced environment again where she can use more "nursing" skills. The Pulmonology office job really was not challenging enough! The could have essentially hired Medical Assistants to do the job that Jenn has been doing. Anyway, it was a good move at the time because it allowed Jenn to be home at night when I was in the MBA program.
We are extremely thankful to the Lord for all of these opportunities. Furthermore, we are extremely grateful for each and everyone of your prayers! Jenn and I love you all and will keep you posted!
